The U.S Center for SafeSport, in collaboration with the ACA, presents a comprehensive 90-minute Trained Core plus Q&A of facts, principles, and strategies to create safe and positive circus/sport environments.
Units include:
- Sexual Misconduct Awareness and Education
- Mandatory Reporting
- Physical and Emotional Misconduct (including bullying, hazing, and harassment)
About SafeSport: Authorized by Congress to help abuse prevention, education, and accountability take root in every sport, on every court, SafeSport is keen on assisting niche art environments to adapt SafeSport policies and law abiding practices.
Whether you are an organization, event company, production company, school, or circus artist, this SafeSport workshop will support you in understanding how your program/company/circus work may fall under SafeSport jurisdiction, and/or how to utilize SafeSport structures to achieve a new paradigm within your program or professional network.
